Design Notes: A counter-to-ceiling hearth surrounding the rangetop provides a focal point in this large kitchen. Overhead, a soffit with recessed lights follows the outline of the two kitchen islands, helping to visually define the space. High ceilings, a chandelier, and a combination of painted, stained and glazed cabinetry add to the grandeur.
Products and Materials: Wolf rangetop, Craft-Maid Kitchens maple and cherry cabinetry, Rio Gold granite island countertops, Rohl faucet, Ramon Gold limestone flooring, Miele coffeemaker.
